Voice Recognition Idea

This will be short. The idea I have isn’t ground breaking or anything crazy and I am yet to find a software that does what I am to describe down bellow. The Idea is to have a stand alone software with minimum AI. The AI will be used for just comparing sound bits and detecting fraudulent requests, like if what it just picked up came from a person or it was sound played from a recording (this should be optional). The idea revolves around the user recording their own sound bits and then linking actions to those bits.
For example: Let say I want my computer to open Chrome, FireFox or Safari and I already have all my monitors covered with other things. I want to say. “Compy, Open Chrome.” for this simple task I would have recorded 3 sound bits. One for activating the voice recognition. “Compy” One for Open “execute” and one for “chrome”. on the back end of the software for windows that will be equal to run: chrome.exe . I am not sure how that is translated in Mac OS but i doubt it will hard to do. I also think you should be able to able to modify the types of software activations commands. For example: if I say “Compy, Listen.” that should make the listening channel to stay open and pick up series of commands until I say words like. “that is it, thank you, this is all”
Once you have the initial setup you can modify the tool as you see fit and import all kind of actions and tools related to those actions. The plus side is that because the user input/created his voice bits. The tool will have easier time, recognizing the commands as it matches the speech pattern or the language to the original. I believe that it may even help people with disabilities.

That’s all I wanna say for this Idea. I am sure if actually ever worked on that I can come up with more.
Note* I recently picked up some Coding lessons so this may become reality in few years.
